  • Flexible Duration: While most coaching sessions range from 60 to 90 minutes, we emphasize the importance of moving at your own pace without time constraints. This flexibility is a key benefit of our small group setting, allowing you to focus solely on your needs.
  • Open Gym Access: Beyond semi-private coaching, our memberships include unlimited access to the gym. This "open gym" feature allows you to work on your customized program at any time, accelerating your progress toward your goals.
  • Education and Technique: We dedicate ourselves to teaching proper techniques, understanding exercises, and recognizing when to modify or push your limits. This knowledge builds confidence and a deeper connection with your body. 
  • Online Scheduling: Our convenient online scheduling system enables you to book sessions up to a month in advance without the need to directly coordinate with instructors.
  • Community Classes: Membership includes unlimited access to community, yoga, and stick mobility classes, encouraging you to involve friends and family in your fitness journey.

       Start-off Program: $350
  • Two Sessions Per Week: For individuals looking for more intensive coaching and faster progress towards their fitness goals.
  • The Start-off Program is perfect for those who are new to fitness, in need of accountability or have physical limitations. In this program, you will work with an experienced coach in a small group setting to create a personalized strength, mobility, and cardio training program that meets your body's needs and goals. You will receive two personal training sessions per week (eight sessions per month), a movement assessment, and open gym access for independent training. This program is an excellent way to get started on your fitness journey and build a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
    What’s Included: 
  • 2x a week with a strength (8 sessions in a month).
  • Movement assessment and goal setting.
  • Personalized strength, mobility, and cardio training program.
  • Open gym access for independent training: get a personalized door code to gain access to Rooted and train independently when it is most convenient for your schedule. 
  • Unlimited access to our community classes for you and your friends and family.
  • Unlimited access to yoga classes.

  • 15% all special events held by Rooted​

In this program, you will work in a small group setting with an experienced coach to create a personalized strength, mobility, and cardio training program that meets your body's needs and goals. You will receive four personal training sessions per month, a movement assessment, and open gym access for independent training. This program is an excellent way to continue to challenge yourself and make progress toward your fitness goals.
    What’s Included: 
  • 1x a week with a personal trainer (4 sessions a month). 
  • Movement assessment and goal setting.
  • Personalized strength, mobility and cardio training program.
  • Open gym access for independent training: get a personalized door code to gain access to Rooted and train independently when it is most convenient for your schedule. 
  • Unlimited access to our community classes for you and your friends and family.
  • Unlimited yoga classes a month.
