Join us every Saturday morning at 10 A.M. for our FREE Community Stick Mobility Class — a fun, all-levels session designed to help you move with more confidence, flexibility, and strength.
Using a simple yet powerful tool — the Stick Mobility stick — you’ll learn how to unlock tight muscles, improve your range of motion, and build better body awareness. Each class combines guided mobility drills, balance work, and functional stretching to help you feel strong, loose, and energized.
This is not your typical “stretch class” — it’s an interactive experience that meets you where you are. Whether you’re a beginner, athlete, or somewhere in between, you’ll leave feeling taller, more open, and ready to move freely.
No membership or experience required.
We provide the sticks — you just show up and move with us!
