We just recently had our first Nutrition talk! For those who didn’t get the chance to join, here’s a review: The focus of this talk was on how our bodies absorb food and convert it into energy. Our bodies take approximately 72 hours to fully digest food at the cellular level. This means that the food we consume today undergoes processing and breakdown over the course of a few days. This reminder emphasizes the importance of not only being mindful of what we eat presently but also considering our dietary choices from the past few days.
