At Rooted Movement, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to be healthy and strong. That's why we host Carry Club every Saturday at 9:00 AM—an open community class where you can build strength at your own pace without needing a membership.
Carry Club is designed for beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts alike. Whether you want a light workout or you're aiming for a personal record, this class adapts to your goals. The session involves moving weights down a 45-foot parking lot in various ways, mimicking everyday activities like carrying groceries. You'll work with chains, kettlebells, resistance bikes, medicine balls, and deadlifting stations.
This isn't a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class. Instead, it's a relaxed environment where you move at your own pace and choose your level of challenge. There's minimal technique required, making it ideal for anyone who wants to join us for a Saturday morning workout.
So, grab your friends and family and head to Rooted Movement's Carry Club for a supportive and friendly way to strengthen your body and connect with the community. No membership required, just sign up, show up and have fun.
