Nutrition Workshop: Understanding Food, Your Body, and Sustainable Health
In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll gain a deep understanding of how food affects your body on every level—from energy and hormones to cellular health. This isn’t about counting calories or following a fad diet—it’s about learning how to eat in a way that supports your unique body, lifestyle, and health goals.

  • Food Groups and Their Impact: Understand proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fiber, and micronutrients, and how each affects digestion, energy, hormones, and cellular function.

Saturday Carry Club, RAIN OR SHINE
9 AM 9:35 AM

At Rooted Movement, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to be healthy and strong. That's why we host Carry Club every Saturday at 9:00 AM—an open community class where you can build strength at your own pace without needing a membership.

Carry Club is designed for beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts alike. Whether you want a light workout or you're aiming for a personal record, this class adapts to your goals. The session involves moving weights down a 45-foot parking lot in various ways, mimicking everyday activities like carrying groceries. You'll work with chains, kettlebells, resistance bikes, medicine balls, and deadlifting stations.

This isn't a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class. Instead, it's a relaxed environment where you move at your own pace and choose your level of challenge. There's minimal technique required, making it ideal for anyone who wants to join us for a Saturday morning workout.

So, grab your friends and family and head to Rooted Movement's Carry Club for a supportive and friendly way to strengthen your body and connect with the community. No membership required, just sign up, show up and have fun.

Stick Mobility

Move Better. Feel Better. Live Better.

Join us every Saturday at 10 A.M. for a free Stick Mobility community class at Rooted Movement — where strength meets stretch and movement becomes medicine.
This unique class uses specially designed mobility sticks to help improve flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Whether you’re an athlete, desk worker, or just looking to move and feel better, this class is for you!

You’ll learn how to:
  • Increase range of motion and joint stability
  • Build functional strength through gentle resistance
  • Improve posture and balance
  • Relieve stiffness and move with confidence
